Hello, I’m Hannah. I love to share my passion for physio-led yoga, helping you to embrace smart, effective and safe ways to move your body. My classes give you the chance to move mindfully and optimally whilst taking time to cultivate stillness in the mind. I am welcoming, inclusive and would love for you to join me on the mat.

I work with people navigating aches, pains and who aren’t able to move their body the way they’d like. I help people do more than just go through the motions; my training promotes conscious movement that engages the body, mind and spirit.

About Hannah
I’m a functional movement fanatic! After completing my initial yoga teacher training, I knew I wanted to go deeper! Discovering LYT was a turning point for me and I’ve never looked back.
After completing my Yoga Teacher Training, I went on to undertake additional Yin Training, and I’m about to embark on my advanced LYT training.
I love to see people grow in confidence as they are able to move their bodies more freely whilst gaining strength.
