What is LYT Yoga?
We are proud to teach LYT yoga, which was developed by renowned physiotherapist Lara Heinmann, it’s a specialised approach to movement that focuses on promoting optimal physicality and enhancing overall well-being. Unlike traditional yoga practices, LYT prioritises functional movements and alignment principles to strengthen the body’s core, increase flexibility, and improve mobility. Through mindful breathwork and dynamic sequencing, LYT yoga empowers individuals to move with greater ease, grace, and efficiency, both on and off the mat.
